Awarding of certificate for amateur radio

Telecommunications authority of greenland issues personal callsigns to persons
who have a valid certificate also issues callsigns to unmanned radio
installations, for use in the use of radio frequencies in the amateur radio
and amateur radio satellite service.

Issuance of a call sign is conditional on the use of the radio frequencies being linked to a Greenlandic address from which the frequency use normally takes place.

For frequency use in the amateur radio and amateur radio satellite service, only the callsign issued by the Telecommunications authority of greenland to the radio amateur may be used.
